Entrapment of the Inferior Rectus Muscle of the Eye
in a Blow-out Fracture of the Orbit

Blunt trauma to the right eye, resulting in diplopia.
The right inferior rectus was caught between the fragments of a blow-out fracture of the floor of the
orbit. This child was unable to move his right eyeball up on upward gaze.
