Pitcure of retropharyngeal lymph node of Rouviere. About to undergo a tonsillectomy, this 4 year-old was noted to have a bulge in the posterior pharyngeal wall, adjacent to the left tonsil. A biopsy confirmed the lymphoid nature of this mass.
