Perilymph Fistula - Middle Ear Exploration

The fistula is sealed with temporalis fascia.
A titanium TORP is placed over the temporalis fascia.
Finally, a piece of tragal cartilage is placed between the TORP and tympanic membrane to prevent extrusion.
